Florida's longest-running monthly short film series, created to celebrate local culture, diversity and regional creativity that goes month-to-month with a theme specific per month. Every every last Wednesday of the month, FilmGate Miami highlights Florida's community of actors, filmmakers, and video + audio production studios. We accept short films, documentaries, music videos and web series from Florida or made by a Florida citizen, 20 minutes or less.

The event also features our famous Percolator networking event, where you can meet Florida's film scene face-to-face and pitch your film ideas to the broad community of talent!
 

June | Free-For-All

This month, we will be showcasing films of any and all genres; this is what we call our Free-for-all! Immerse yourself in the captivating world of Florida's emerging film talent. Join us for a mesmerizing night filled with imagination and inspiration as we showcase the brilliance of local filmmakers.

 

July | Films with Subtitles

This month, we will be highlighting a selection of foreign language short films. Elevate your film experience with a night of international flair!

Teens and young adults ages 13-22 can buy tickets for $5 using the Get Tickets button below. With the purchase of one $5 ticket for someone within the age range, a second $5 ticket can be purchased for an individual of any age to join them.
