Kevin and the River Flan Presented by Main Street Players

Kevin and the River Flan follows a young man whose accidental killing of a butterfly sends him on a surreal journey through family, spirituality, and self-discovery, where the line between life and death begins to blur.

Infused with themes of guilt, cultural identity, and spirituality, the play reflects Urrutia’s Hispanic heritage and offers audiences a rich, thought-provoking theatrical experience.

Performances of Kevin and the River Flan will run from May 2 through May 17, with evening performances on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays at 8:00 PM, and Sunday matinees at 2:00 PM. This limited run offers audiences multiple opportunities to experience this unique and evocative production in Main Street Players’ intimate theater space in Miami Lakes.
