A Mexican Italian Opera in concert
In 1519 the historic encounter between the Aztec Emperor Moctezuma and the Spanish General Cortés took place. In 2019, exactly 500 years later, the tri-national project with a Mexican core component Antonio Vivaldi · Motezuma (1733) celebrates cultural and national collaboration with a tour of performances in Canada, the United States and Mexico.

• Concert version with theatrical elements, featuring actor Pedro Juan Fonseca
This orchestra will also be participating in “Bach to School” and will have 100 Miami students participating on stage during the concert.
