The album was recorded in Miami in co-production with Michael League and under the Ground Up label.
Back to 4 walks through traditional Venezuelan genres such as joropo and merengue as well as experiments with world music. It is the first album of the ensemble in which they do not have any guests, only their instruments, their virtuosity and desire to make new music.
