In a tribute to one of the most important composers in music history, the Mozart Extravaganza will highlight some of the masterpieces by this musical genius in concert. This amazing prodigy, who started writing music at the age of four, left a legacy in the world - and even those who do not know much about classical music would recognize his name as one of the most important composers from that era.
The FCO will have as soloists two great pianists: Leonel Morales (First Prize winner of the Guerrero Foundation Int' Piano Competition in Madrid and many others) as well as his son Leo de Maria (First Prize winner of the 2016 MozARTè in Germany and more) who is building a solid and prestigious career. They will interpret Mozart's piano concertos "No. 13 in C Major, KV 415" and "No. 20 in D Minor, KV 466".
Also, as a guest soloist, we will have the famous soprano Eglise Gutierrez perform a selection of arias from the operas "Magic Flute" and "Don Giovanni" as well as an interpretation of the Magic Flute Overture by the masterful baton of Marlene Urbay with the Florida Chamber Orchestra.
