Raven and the Dark Shadows Presented by The Rhythm Foundation

If you're going to be a poet, you better be a warrior. Legendary runner Robert 'Raven' Kraft has seen every single Miami Beach sunset, going back five decades. All those sunsets, running 8 (now 5) miles along the beach, never missing a single day. Not during Covid shutdowns, not during hurricanes. And now you know he is also a musician, reveling in goth-country-inflected rock. He credits Johnny Cash and Waylon Jennings as his major influences. In 2023, he began working with extraordinary group of musicians (The Dark Shadows) to release new music and play area venues. The evening starts with a set by another Miami Beach native, young singer-songwriter Julia Bhatt. North Beach Social, the FREE monthly night of Third Thursdays music at the Bandshell.
