The 2020 Miami International GuitART Festival presents 19th century music specialist and virtuoso guitarist Marco Batttaglia in a solo concert, performing a program of works in two themes: nature and the Opera. Featured works by Johann Kaspar Mertz, Mauro Giuliani, and Napoleon Coste are based on operas of Gaetano Donizetti, Gioachino Rossini, and Vincenzo Bellini. The 2020 Miami International GuitART Festival kicks off with the “KAUFMAN CONCERTO PREMIERE” concert at the FIU Wertheim Concert Hall.
